Even before the trade fair begins, we analyse the market for our customers. From stand design and communication to travel and logistics, LMI works closely with the Leipziger Messe Group of Companies as well as our partner network to offer comprehensive services from a single source – all tailored to the individual needs of our customers and to the specific situation in each international market.

We organise trade fairs abroad in close cooperation with local partners and take care of everything from the initial concept to the development, preparation and staging of the event. During this process, we draw on our parent company's expertise in organising leading international trade fairs.

Exhibitors and partners can expect start-to-finish services ranging from travel, interpreting, transport and logistics to stand personnel, stand design and stand construction, as well as support with customs issues and events accompanying the trade fair. We have many years of experience and industry insight as well as strong networks, particularly in the fields of construction, restoration, medical technology, machine-tool production/industry, shoes and gifts.

As a co-organiser of trade fairs abroad, LMI brings its expertise to the table, helping to develop trade fairs and expand their international reach. In this capacity, LMI does more than simply acquire exhibitors. It also contributes to the conceptual design of the trade fair and to accompanying events such as conferences.

LMI represents leading trade fairs on an exclusive basis and assumes responsibility in cooperation with Leipziger Messe global offices for international sales in German-speaking countries, across Europe and worldwide. We bring associations, multipliers and experts from Germany and other countries on board and strive in all our projects to get the trade fairs accepted to official sponsorship programmes in Germany and abroad. Our expertise as a trade fair organiser means we are prepared to take on trade fairs in all sectors.

LMI researches interesting growth markets as well as supporting associations, institutions and federal states of Germany and other European countries at attractive trade fairs. Upon request, LMI will assume responsibility for your project from beginning to end including stand design and construction.

We take on responsibility for events in various sectors on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), creating collective stands under the theme of “Made in Germany” (federal participation).

In a range of industries, we organise a collective presence at international exhibition centres for various German states (state participation).

Our LMI service partners expotec GmbH, FAIRNET GmbH and NEUREUTER Fair Media GmbH complete the range of services available by offering trade fair concept design and stand construction as well as the production of printed materials. Furthermore, LMI works with freight carriers and travel agencies that specialise in trade fairs.
